Role:
For an independent audit and fiduciary company in the Zug region, we are looking for an experienced audit professional who enjoys challenging mandates and direct client contact. The client portfolio ranges from Swiss SMEs to internationally oriented corporate groups; annual and consolidated financial statements are audited according to national and international standards.

Independent management of national and international audit mandates
Direct contact with management and boards of directors
Short decision-making paths in an independent audit and consulting company

Collaboration with experienced auditors and partners
Responsibilities:
Planning and leading statutory and limited audits
Auditing annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements
Assessment of business processes, risks and internal control systems
Preparation of audit reports and communication of results to decision-makers
Professional support of junior team members within mandates
Participation in special audits and selected consulting projects
Qualifications:
Degree as a certified public accountant (Swiss CPA)
Several years of professional experience in auditing
Solid knowledge of Swiss accounting and auditing standards
Experience with IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER is especially welcome
Very good German and good English skills for international mandates
Independent, analytical and customer-oriented working style with a high quality awareness
