Your new tasks

• You support the creation of concepts and offers for building technology systems and actively participate in the calculation of complex technical solutions
• In doing so, you competently advise customers, answer inquiries, and maintain close communication with the field sales team
• In this context, you conduct technical clarifications with internal support departments and suppliers to ensure customised solutions
• Additionally, you maintain and record relevant data in the offer and customer management system (CRM tool) and ensure the complete compilation of the offer documentation
• Furthermore, you contribute your technical know-how to strategic programmes and act as a contact person for innovative solutions within the team

Your talents and experience

• You have successfully completed a technical education with a commercial flair or experience
• Additional qualifications in the technical field, business administration, or sales are desirable
• You bring several years of technical and/or sales experience in the security sector
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in handling Excel
• You enjoy digitalisation and work confidently with CRM and offer tools
• As a communicative and team-oriented personality with a strong customer focus and quality awareness, you act proactively and think entrepreneurially
• You have very good German skills; any additional language is an advantage
