Bergbahnen Disentis AG operates, in addition to the ski area, the Catrina Resort with holiday apartments, the Catrina Hotel***, the Catrina Lodge, the Catrina Hostel as well as 11 catering establishments on the mountain and in the valley. • Completed training or further education in the field of hospitality / tourism (hotel management school, tourism college HF or comparable)
• Professional experience in front office as well as enjoyment in leading a team
• Host personality with a high service orientation
• Organisational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German and English skills, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Professional appearance as well as independent working style

• Leadership, planning and training of the reception team
• Ensuring a professional and smooth front office operation
• Warm care of our guests before, during and after their stay
• Carrying out check-ins and check-outs
• Processing reservations and creating offers (Apaleo, online portals, tour operators etc.)
• Organisation and coordination of groups and events
• Close cooperation with all departments of the company
• Active support of operations and catering management
• Implementation and compliance with quality standards and annual targets
• General administrative and organisational tasks
