Ensuring a resilient IT infrastructure with ongoing technical optimisation of the operating environment.
Handling complex escalations and root cause analyses at the highest support level, including sustainable error resolution.
Implementing automations, integrations, and process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
Technical collaboration in migrations, modernisations, and the introduction of new platforms.
Coordination with specialists, partner companies, and other interfaces as well as participation in periodic on-call duty.
Qualifications:
Completed ICT vocational training, further education in network technology, or equivalent professional experience.
Very good knowledge of IP communication, switching, routing, and network components.
Practical knowledge in Unix/Linux, name resolution, virtualisation, or scripting is a plus.
High technical affinity, strong willingness to learn, and interest in the continuous development of modern IT landscapes.
Methodical and independent working, team orientation, and confident communication; driving licence category B mandatory.
