Job summary
As a Maintenance Planner & AMM (Asset Maintenance Management) Superuser at Nestlé, your mission is to strengthen the reliability of our coffee production lines by planning, coordinating and improving maintenance activities. You will make a difference by working closely with production, maintenance technicians, the technical store, engineering, quality and our external partners. This key role will allow you to connect with specialists, develop your expertise and create an impact for the factory and across the site.
Your impact as a Maintenance Planner & AMM Superuser
- Plan coffee production maintenance activities to maximise line availability, reduce unplanned downtime and improve cost control.
- Coordinate and monitor interventions with production teams, maintenance and external partners to ensure smooth, safe and efficient execution.
- Analyse maintenance indicators, breakdowns and costs in detail to provide clear explanations, anticipate deviations and prioritise key actions.
- Establish and lead weekly and monthly follow-up routines to track completed activities, costs and planned maintenance.
- Improve maintenance plans and data quality to enhance equipment reliability and operational performance.
- Manage changes in an agile manner, adjusting priorities when necessary and maintaining effective execution of maintenance activities.
- Optimise spare parts and consumables management with the technical store to improve intervention times and equipment reliability.
- Share your knowledge and coach teams on planning tools to support harmonised and reliable practices.
- Collaborate closely with other planners on site to identify synergies, harmonise practices and strengthen collective efficiency.
- Enhance safety, quality, 5S and compliance daily by identifying risks and proposing concrete improvements.
What will make you successful in this role
- Bring solid expertise in industrial maintenance planning and a good understanding of production environments.
- Deploy structured methods for planning, budget tracking and problem-solving to strengthen performance, support change and ensure proactive monitoring of indicators.
- Use SAP PM, PowerBI, digital tools and performance indicators to manage activities with reliable and actionable data.
- Contribute to the evolution of planning methods, including by creating or improving digital tools when it adds value.
- Show curiosity to integrate AI into your activities and propose new ways to gain efficiency, quality and impact.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staying close to the field and mobilising teams around concrete improvements in maintenance practices.
- Communicate fluently in French and English.
- Demonstrate courage, collaboration, responsiveness and curiosity.
