Export Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Independent processing and coordination of export orders including administrative handling
Organisation of international transports and coordination with freight forwarders and logistics partners
Preparation and verification of relevant export documents and customs documentation
Ensuring timely deliveries including monitoring delivery deadlines
Carrying out invoicing and maintaining order-related data
Collaboration with banks, chambers of commerce, and external certification bodies
Advising the sales team on matters related to export processing and transport
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship and further training as an export specialist
Several years of experience in export processing or international trade
Confident use of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
Strong customer orientation, personal responsibility, and structured working style
Resilient personality with high team spirit and flexibility
Very good German and good English skills; additional languages such as French are an advantage
