2nd Level Support Engineer
Tasks
- Independent handling of fault reports via remote access
- Analysis and resolution of complex faults (hardware, software, network) in collaboration with internal and external specialists
- Support of Level 1 support and escalation to Level 3 support if necessary
- Installation, maintenance and migration of servers, networks and peripheral devices
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as reporting on support status
Requirements
- Completed basic technical training
- Solid IT knowledge (hardware, software, networks)
- Experience in the field of sound systems or video surveillance is an advantage
- High quality awareness, reliable working style and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage
