Dynamics 365 Solution Consultant (m/f/d)
Role:
Modern companies rely on intelligent platforms to make customer interactions more efficient and personal. We are looking for a Dynamics expert who translates business requirements into powerful CRM solutions and drives digital innovation.
Responsibilities:
Development of modern CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
Consulting departments on the digitalisation of customer and business processes
Translating business requirements into technical concepts
Designing automated processes with Power Platform and Dynamics technologies
Optimising CRM architectures and data structures
Integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems
Supporting workshops, implementations and further developments
Analysing existing solutions and identifying improvement potentials
Supporting cloud-based digitalisation initiatives
Qualifications:
Solid experience as a Dynamics CRM Consultant, Solution Consultant or Business Consultant
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Experience with Power Platform, workflows and process automation
Understanding of CRM architectures and interfaces
Structured and customer-oriented working style
Interest in modern technologies such as cloud, artificial intelligence and business automation
