Our client is a leading international manufacturing company committed to operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. To support the transformation of its production network, we are looking for a Manufacturing Excellence Engineer to drive performance improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Manufacturing Excellence Engineer

Your Responsibilities

• Perform operational diagnostics to identify opportunities for productivity, cost, maintenance and process improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites.
• Deploy Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Support production teams in adopting new tools, processes and ways of working.
• Deliver training on standardized manufacturing practices.
• Coach frontline leaders and managers to develop operational capabilities.
• Conduct operational audits and ensure sustainable implementation of improvement actions.
• Promote a data-driven approach to performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen manufacturing excellence across the organization.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in Manufacturing Excellence, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing.
• Background within a manufacturing environment (chemical, pharmaceutical, food, consumer goods or similar industries).
• Solid knowledge of Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM, VSM or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• German is considered a strong advantage.
