Customer Service Manager

For our client - an established, modern family business in the Thun area representing several strong car brands - I am looking for a motivated and customer-oriented personality to strengthen the customer service team.

Main Tasks

• Appointment scheduling & order management: Arranging workshop appointments, planning and targeted order placement to the workshop team

• Process monitoring: Seamless tracking of orders until completion and quality control

• Customer advice & aftersales: Competent customer support, sale of additional services as well as sustainable customer care

• Administration & invoicing: Active assistance with billing and ensuring smooth processes

• Interface work: Close exchange with internal departments as well as consistent adherence to quality standards and goals

• Education: Technical basic training (e.g. automotive technician/-mechatronics technician) or commercial training – ideally complemented by further training as a customer service advisor with a federal certificate of competence (or currently in training for this)

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in the automotive sector as well as solid routine in industry-specific billing processes

• Expertise: Strong understanding at the interface of technical/commercial and proficient IT skills

• Personality: Customer-friendly manner, high resilience in hectic situations and pronounced solution orientation
