Ensuring stable operation and further development of Microsoft server, cloud, virtualisation, and backup environments
Planning and implementation of demanding ICT infrastructure projects as well as technical responsibility for their realisation
Administration and optimisation of on-premise and cloud data centres including security and backup solutions
Collaboration with manufacturers and suppliers as well as coordination of technical requirements and solutions
Analysis and resolution of complex faults and system problems as well as creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a system engineer in the field of ICT infrastructure
Sound knowledge of networking, routing, DNS/DHCP, firewall, endpoint security, Active Directory, and GPO
Good practical experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, VMware and Veeam Backup
Completed IT training or comparable qualification, further education at EFA, HF, or FH level is an advantage
Fluent German skills, good English skills, and willingness for on-call duty
