Finance / Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

JOMOS Fire Protection AG, based in Balsthal with around 180 employees, is a leading company in the exciting field of technical fire protection. Since 2018, the company has been part of the international VINCI Group. For the main administration business area, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Assistance with monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements including reporting to the group
• Support with project evaluations and allocations
• Preparation of VAT returns (CH and D)
• Assistance in creating and monitoring relevant key figures and supporting management and departments in financial matters
• Participation in the preparation of the budget and forecast
• Support for the team leader accounting/controlling
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses

• Completed commercial basic training with several years of experience in finance/controlling
• Preferably higher economic education (HF/FH)
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel), SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, good French skills desired
• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, precise and independent working style
• Good time management, high degree of proactivity as well as process- and goal-orientation
• Communication skills, helpfulness, teamwork, willingness to learn
