Electrical Site Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for an Electrical Site Manager who takes responsibility for the planning, coordination, and supervision of electrical installation projects. You independently manage projects from planning to handover and act as the interface between customers, architects, and the internal team. Your tasks include:

• Project planning and coordination in the field of electrical installations

• Preparation of quotations and billing

• Leadership and guidance of the installation team

• Quality control and compliance with safety standards

• Customer communication and consultation

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ

• Further training as a project manager or site manager in the electrical sector is an advantage

• Several years of professional experience in the electrical industry

• Good knowledge of project management and site coordination

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with industry software
