Our Association is active in the fields of social aid and integration, health, and training. Our mission is to promote health, preserve human dignity, and protect life.

As part of a replacement, we are looking for a

to join our Social and Volunteering sector in Lausanne.

Every day, our volunteers accompany, transport, and support people throughout the canton. For all this to work, someone is needed at the heart of the organisation: this is the role.

Your missions

Planning

• Ensure telephone duty and manage the sector’s email inbox
• Plan activities, process and follow up intervention requests
• Support beneficiaries and supervise the interveners (volunteers, interns, civil service members, people in supported employment)

Administration

• Manage the administrative tasks of the Social and Volunteering Sector, including invoicing and expense reimbursements

Communication

• Maintain and develop collaborative links with internal and external partners

Your profile:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar field
• Good command of the Office suite and an ERP system
• Organised and autonomous, you know how to manage priorities and keep calm when the pace quickens
• Attentive and empathetic, you have a genuine sense of contact, including on the phone
• You are committed to mutual aid, social action, and the values of the Red Cross

A useful and varied position within a committed team, in an institution that acts every day for the population of Vaud. Your schedule leaves most of your afternoons free, and you benefit from half a day of teleworking per week.

Activity rate: 60% (every morning and one afternoon per week)
