IT Network & Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Installation, administration and troubleshooting of network and wireless infrastructures
Support and maintenance of hardware, software, clients and servers including Windows, macOS and Linux
Ensuring 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support as well as assistance with complex technical issues
Administration of Active Directory, group policies, user accounts and permissions
Support of IT security, VMware, backups, MDM as well as other business systems and coordination of external service providers
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in IT system administration, networking and technical support
Good knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, macOS, Linux and VMware
Practical experience with Active Directory, GPO, MDM, firewall and IT security
Fluent German and English skills; certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, ITIL or Microsoft are an advantage
