Responsibilities:
Receipt, analysis and resolution of faults as well as coordination of necessary measures
Support of field staff and service providers with access, installation, commissioning, and fault rectification
Operation and further development of the monitoring infrastructure
Creation and maintenance of documentation and operational processes
Coordination of communication and escalation of faults and problems at different escalation levels
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science or telecommunications or equivalent qualification; further education at TS or FH level is an advantage
Experience in the operation of IT and communication infrastructures
Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux and scripting
Basic knowledge of network technologies as well as a good understanding of cross-system relationships
Very good German and English skills; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage
