How do individual IT services become seamless services that make everyday life easier for KSW employees? Help us further develop the ITSM platform at the Cantonal Hospital Winterthur.
For our ICT department, we are looking for an engaged personality for our ITSM platform based on HaloITSM, starting immediately or by arrangement. You implement requirements directly on the platform, automate service processes and integrate additional systems.
This is who we are
Your tasks
- You configure and maintain our ITSM platform and further develop its functions together with the relevant stakeholders
- You implement workflows, forms and automations and map seamless service processes, for example for the onboarding of new employees
- You gather requirements, assess technical implementation possibilities and prioritise further development together with the responsible departments
- You map the service portfolio, service catalogue and service levels on the platform and implement requirements for asset management, CMDB and data quality
- You integrate systems and data sources and contribute to the technical implementation of a one-shop strategy including the existing IAM shop
- You conduct tests, coordinate updates and releases and ensure comprehensible documentation and maintainable configuration
Your profile
- You have completed IT training or have a comparable qualification
- You have practical experience in the administration, configuration and further development of an ITSM system. Knowledge of HaloITSM is an advantage
- You have implemented workflows, forms and automations yourself and enjoy working directly on the system
- You understand interfaces and data models and have experience connecting systems and data sources
- You understand IT service management processes and can technically map professional requirements. ITIL knowledge as well as experience with service catalogues or CMDB are advantageous
- You work in a structured and independent manner, have team spirit and communicate clearly and appreciatively in very good German
