Window Fitter

Randstad is one of the leading recruitment service providers in Switzerland. In more than 60 branches, around 300 skilled and empathetic professionals commit every day to placing talents in jobs that suit them perfectly

For one of our partners, a well-known company active in the Chablais region, we are looking for a Window Fitter (M/F/D) for sites located in the Bex area.

Your playground:

• Fitting and installation: You ensure the complete fitting of windows, bay windows and French doors (PVC, wood, aluminium, mixed) on new build and renovation sites.

• Removal and preparation: You carefully dismantle old joinery and prepare the reveals and supports.

• Sealing and insulation: You guarantee perfect airtightness and watertightness according to current standards (sealing tapes, compriband, insulating foams, interior and exterior silicone joints).

• Adjustments and finishing: You carry out precise adjustment of sashes, fittings and hardware, and fit sills, reveals and finishing profiles.

• Inspection and service: You check the perfect functioning of the installations and the cleanliness of the worksite before handing over to the client.

Your profile:

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a joiner, metal constructor or an equivalent qualification (solid confirmed experience of several years in fitting exterior joinery can compensate for the absence of a diploma).

• Technical know-how: You master plan reading, modern fixing techniques and sealing rules.

• Personality: You are autonomous, rigorous, precise in your finishing and enjoy working in pairs or teams.

• Mobility: You hold a valid driving licence (category B).

What we offer you:

• Stimulating and varied projects in the heart of the Chablais.

• Integration within a dynamic team valuing artisanal know-how.

• Personalised and local support from our regional consultants.
