Accounting Clerk with Focus on Accounts Payable (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF60,000 - 85,000Role:
Our Rocken partner offers you a versatile position in accounting with a focus on accounts payable. In a small team, you will be responsible for the reliable processing of incoming invoices and support other accounting areas. The role combines independent work with project collaboration and offers opportunities for further training. The start date is immediate or by arrangement.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of accounts payable including coding, recording, approval verification, and maintenance of master data
Execution of payment runs as well as support in accounts receivable and other payment transactions
Preparation of VAT returns and collaboration in the general ledger
Support in accounting projects
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training at EFZ level with E-profile or higher, as well as completed further training in accounting clerical work
At least three years of professional experience in accounts payable
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
Structured, precise, and reliable working style with a high quality awareness
Friendly and team-oriented personality
