Senior IT Project Manager

Attached to the IT Solutions platform - Finance, Risks and HR, you hold a strategic position with a primary mission: to lead the transition of our SAP platform to S/4Hana in line with the IT project portfolio of the Financial Accounting, Management Control, Procurement and Human Resources teams.

You are responsible for the SAP migration, its technical execution and its alignment with the business needs of BCV.

Your main tasks:

• Lead the bank's SAP platform transformation programme

• actively collaborate with business units and other IT sectors in analysing needs and designing solutions,
• deliver large-scale / critical / complex IT projects on time, within budget, quality and scope, proactively mitigate risks and provide transparent reporting to management,
• ensure a high level of quality in functional and non-functional specifications by involving experts and, on this basis, design, prepare and manage user acceptance tests,
• challenge technical solutions and systematically ensure with architects their compliance with bank architecture standards,
• contribute to building a coherent annual plan of functional and technical evolutions of the domain applications, aligned with business strategy priorities.

Your profile:

• higher education in computer science, or equivalent,
• minimum 5 years experience in managing SAP projects, notably in SAP migration management (Brownfield + Selective Data Transition)
• Scrum Master, SAP Activate certification,
• ability to lead development teams and an integrator,
• negotiation and communication skills, solution-oriented,
• organisational skills and dynamism,
• knowledge of banking business, cost accounting and management control, HR,
• knowledge of associated regulatory aspects (Finma, SNB, LSFin, Fatca/Crs),
• demonstrated expertise on the SAP platform (FI, CO, PS, MM, RE-FX, HCM).
