Your Tasks and Prospects

Maintenance and repair of building and operational technical systems and installations in the assigned area of responsibility
Diverse customer support: from professional user support to complex interdisciplinary system parameterisation
Competent and courteous advice to our customers
Participation in projects and procurement of new systems and installations
Ensuring quality and legal requirements with our external service partners
Participation in the regulated on-call and fault service (7/24) to ensure uninterrupted operation

Technical basic training with specialisation in building technology (HVAC), preferably with professional experience in the operational technical field
At least five years of professional experience and sound expertise in the maintenance and repair of operational technical systems and installations
Strong methodological skills in developing solutions and interdisciplinary collaboration
IT user skills for planning, executing and documenting repairs and maintenance (MS Office, Outlook, FM tools)
Fluent German in spoken and written form
