Construction Project Manager, Site Manager or Junior Site Manager in Building Construction, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Depending on your training and experience, you will take on construction project management, site management, or work as a junior site manager
• You conduct negotiations with companies and suppliers and coordinate all specialists on site
• In addition, you prepare the cost estimates for all types of work
• You also take on competent site management on location
• Record keeping, schedule and cost control, as well as quality control, are also important tasks of yours
• Finally, you are responsible for claims and additional work as well as any warranty work
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a degree as an architect ETH / FH, site manager, construction technician, construction project manager in building construction or equivalent (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, a trained and ambitious architectural draughtsman / building draughtsman or construction tradesperson (e.g. bricklayer, carpenter) is also possible
• Experience in a general contractor or total contractor company is a great advantage but not a requirement
