Sanitation Technician in Charge of the Pumping Station Department

Your role

You will lead the pumping stations and lifting pumps department as well as part of the management of other services (emptying, cleaning, repairs) of the company. You will be the technical and commercial manager, with development and profitability objectives, and you will lead the intervention teams attached to it. You report to the operational director.

Your tasks

Develop: prospect, price and conclude offers, retain and grow your client portfolio.

Manage: organise and coordinate intervention teams, plan projects and monitor their profitability up to invoicing.

Guarantee: be the technical reference on pumping installations (diagnosis, control cabinets, sizing) and ensure their compliance.

Your profile

Essential

Federal VET Diploma in electricity, electrotechnics, automation or water-related trades, or equivalent training

At least 5 years of experience in pumping and/or sanitation, including proven experience in leading field teams

Natural leadership and ability to manage teams

Electrical skills (cabinets, boxes, protection)

Commercial ease, excellent command of written and spoken French

Category B driving licence

A plus

Knowledge of Odoo and AutoCAD tools

Knowledge of EN 12050 standard and EU/EC networks

Good knowledge of the Geneva field

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Conditions

Start date: to be agreed. Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
