Role:
Come on board! Our partner is an established Swiss real estate company with exciting clients, varied tasks and a culture of genuine appreciation. To strengthen the specialist team, we are looking for a bright accounting talent to start immediately or by arrangement. After thorough training, you will jointly manage demanding property accounting, prepare service charge statements and annual financial statements, and oversee data management related to rental mutations.

Responsibilities:
In your central accounting role, you will jointly manage demanding property accounting with your team colleagues.
You record and post creditor invoices and initiate the corresponding payments.
You demonstrate thoroughness when preparing heating and service charge statements as well as annual financial statements.
You act confidently in rent collection as well as in dunning and debt enforcement procedures.
You take over data management, recording rental mutations and correspondence with tenants and partners.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training (KV EFZ) or equivalent education.
First verifiable professional experience in accounting (preferably in real estate or fiduciary sector).
Strong affinity for numbers, high willingness to learn and an exact, efficient working style.
Open-minded, resilient and proactive personality with high reliability.
Confident German language skills spoken and written.
