About the job
The Operations department takes on the central strategic and controlling role for the technological direction and production of SRG SSR. The ERP Dispo team ensures the reliable operation and continuous development of the central Dispo system landscape with VimBiz.
As Product Owner ERP Dispo, you define and prioritise the product's further development together with the Product Manager. In doing so, you connect the needs of the specialist departments with the strategic goals and ensure efficient and reliable operation together with the team.

This is your contribution
In the Operations department, you engage as Product Owner in the ERP Dispo product team on the following topics:
- Alignment of the further development and operation of VimBiz with the product strategy, business requirements, and user needs
- Clarification of requirements with the specialist departments and other stakeholders as well as translation into actionable, prioritised entries in the Product Backlog
- Joint design and clear communication of product vision, goals, and roadmap in close collaboration with the Product Manager
- Professional management of implementation as well as coordination of iteration planning, approvals, releases, and deployments with the team and external partners
- Ensuring efficient handling of Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Changes together with the team and adherence to agreed service levels
- Coordination of interfaces and dependencies with adjacent systems and teams as well as continuous improvement of the product and operational processes
This is what excites us about you
- Solid professional experience in the environment of ERP or disposition systems as well as understanding of disposition and resource planning processes; knowledge of VimBiz is an advantage
- Experience in prioritising and managing products or services as well as in Product Backlog management
- Knowledge in managing Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Changes as well as in release and deployment coordination
- Strong communication and moderation skills as well as experience in collaboration with specialist departments, engineers, and external partners
- Customer-oriented and structured working style, understanding of governance and quality requirements, and motivation for continuous improvement throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Very good knowledge of one national language as well as German or French at least at level B1; English skills at least at level B1 are an advantage
