Senior Construction Project Manager / Client Representative, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• As overall project manager and client representative, you lead demanding construction and real estate projects through the various project phases
• You advise clients and decision-makers
• You control costs, schedules, quality and project risks
• You also lead and coordinate planners, specialist planners and companies
• Contract and change order management also belong to your demanding area of responsibility
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a degree as an architect, civil engineer, construction economist or equivalent (m/f/d)
• You also bring professional experience in construction project management, construction management, construction economics and/or cost planning
• Good English skills are also expected
• Do you describe yourself as cooperative, communicative and committed and have good self-management?
