Do you want to combine your experience in design with leadership responsibility and develop individual solutions? You can expect a varied role from product development through customer-specific designs to optimising manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
Further development and optimisation of the product range - from floor plates to load carriers
Design of individual solutions in collaboration with sales
Creation and maintenance of 3D models, manufacturing drawings and parts lists
Manufacturing-oriented design for laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly
Structured maintenance of CAD and product data
Technical interface between sales, production planning and production
Participation in standardisation and process optimisation
Technical and personnel leadership of two employees
Qualifications:
Training as a design engineer EFZ or comparable technical qualification
Experience in design, ideally in the field of sheet metal processing
Very good 3D CAD skills, preferably SolidWorks
Confident handling of technical drawings and parts lists
Enjoyment of creative and customer-specific solutions
Independent, structured and extremely reliable working style
