Finance Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, the person took on the professional leadership of the team while actively participating in the accounts receivable and accounts payable areas. They supported the team leader or acted as their deputy in all matters and were significantly involved in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements. Additionally, they drove the optimisation of existing financial processes and trained employees on finance-related topics. Administrative tasks rounded off the varied range of duties.
Responsibilities:
- Professional leadership of the team
- Active participation in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Support / deputy of the team leader in all matters
- Participation in monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Optimisation of existing financial processes
- Training of employees on finance-related topics
- Administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting with sound knowledge
- Commercial basic training and further education as a finance and accounting specialist
- Confident handling of MS Office programmes, especially Excel
- Precise working style and ability to work in a team
