We are looking for a

Accounting Assistant at 50%

Responsibilities :

• Daily management of cash and account movements
• Daily import of QR files and entry of manual receipts
• Import of DTA files and entry of manual disbursements
• Preparation of various monthly files (various Excel spreadsheets)
• Import and entry of expense reports
• Processing of credit cards
• Entry of general expenses and recording of QR slips
• Entry of accounting entries (notably journal entries, leasings, accruals, etc.)
• Assist with monthly closings and participate in the annual accounts closing
• Management of debt collection

Profile sought :

• Holder of a qualification in accounting
• Proven accounting experience of 3 to 5 years IN SWITZERLAND
• Strong analytical skills and ease with numbers
• Autonomy and ability to anticipate and prioritise tasks
• Rigour, precision, organisational skills, proactivity and sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Written and spoken proficiency in French
