Project Manager Heating / Sanitary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a specialist for the independent management and realisation of demanding sanitary and heating projects in the field of modern building technology. You will accompany the projects from order placement through work preparation (AVOR), material procurement and execution to acceptance and billing. In doing so, you coordinate installation teams, suppliers and other project participants and ensure compliance with quality, costs and deadlines. The position is suitable both for experienced project managers and for qualified specialists from building technology who are aiming to take the next step into project management.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and coordination of sanitary and heating projects from order placement to successful handover
Responsibility for project planning, work preparation (AVOR), scheduling and material disposition
Creation and processing of quotations, change orders, measurements and project billing
Technical planning and development of practical solutions for sanitary, heating and building technology installations
Coordination and technical leadership of fitters and installation teams as well as deployment and resource planning
Coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners, suppliers and other project participants
Participation in construction, project and coordination meetings as well as processing of the resulting technical tasks
Ongoing monitoring of project costs, deadlines, quality and execution status and initiation of necessary corrective measures
Technical advice to clients and building owners on execution variants, materials and building technology solutions
Organisation and accompaniment of commissioning, acceptance and handover including complete project documentation
Collaboration in the optimisation of project workflows, work preparation (AVOR) and internal processes in the field of building technology
Qualifications:
Completed basic training EFZ in the field of sanitary or heating, for example as a sanitary installer or heating installer
Further training as project manager building technology, chief fitter, technician HF or comparable qualification is an advantage
Professional experience in the Swiss building technology sector, especially in the field of sanitary and/or heating
Experience in project management, work preparation (AVOR), costing or site coordination or corresponding practical experience for entry into project management
Knowledge in quotation management, measurement, material disposition and project billing
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Driving licence category B
