Role:

Are you looking for a position where endpoint management is more than just device administration? As a Microsoft 365 Workplace Engineer, you shape the Windows and mobile platform of a modern Microsoft 365 (M365) environment and ensure a secure, smooth working day for users. Automation is not just a buzzword for you but an attitude. You keep an overview with tricky error patterns and find the actual cause.

Responsibilities:

• You operate and configure Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS, and Android devices and continuously refine device configurations, endpoint security policies, and compliance requirements.

• You automate recurring workplace processes as well as technical onboarding and offboarding with PowerShell, including permissions and licences.

• This also includes packaging and automated deployment of applications via the endpoint management platform.

• You are responsible for client patch management and control quality updates, feature updates, and update rings.

• Furthermore, you support and optimise services such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.

• In addition, you investigate issues related to enrolment, deployments, and policies at a higher support level and drive migrations, changes, and the further development of documentation.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in client, endpoint, or workplace engineering form your foundation.

• You are confident with Windows 10/11 and know the Microsoft 365 world with Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint in detail.

• You have practical expertise in modern endpoint management with Intune, from device enrolment through configuration profiles to MDM and MAM.

• Additionally, you have already rolled out clients automated with Windows Autopilot and are familiar with Windows Update for Business.

• You combine know-how in software deployment and endpoint security technologies with a clear understanding of identity and security.

• You also approach faults in a structured and independent manner and confidently automate routine tasks via scripting.
