Job description:

• Provide a professional, personalised and quality service;
• Welcome clients and suppliers, verify the files of prospective tenants and pass on information;
• Manage bookings and key handovers for rental items, as well as various diaries (bikes, cars, treatments, etc.);
• Daily handling of emails and telephone calls;
• Manage the supplies department (orders, deliveries) as well as various tasks in the personnel service;
• Send monthly satisfaction surveys and produce statistics;
• Various administrative duties;

Your profile:

• Hotel training and/or proven experience in hospitality or equivalent experience of at least two years;

• Fluency in French and English (minimum C1) spoken and written. Another language would be an asset;
• Comfortable using IT tools;
• Excellent presentation, friendly, courteous and approachable;
• Act proactively, propose solutions and anticipate needs without waiting for orders;
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and rigour;
• Stress management, sense of priorities;
• Enjoy and know how to work in a team.
