Head of Finance - Logistics (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You take overall responsibility for the finance department and actively contribute as a member of the management team
You prepare, analyse, and further develop monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and management reports
You process financial insights and derive recommendations for action for the management
You develop processes, structures, and key figures in the finance area
You work closely with operational areas and support with business management issues
You liaise with the central finance functions of the group as well as with colleagues in Poland
You contribute to strategic projects and the further development of the company
Qualifications:
You have a solid education in finance, controlling, accounting, or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in a financial environment
You are also interested in operational processes and the business behind the numbers, not just in financial statements and reports
You work independently, are hands-on, and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
You communicate confidently in German and have very good English skills
Experience in a leadership role is welcome but not mandatory - what matters is your willingness to take responsibility
