Qualified Nurse HF/FH as Training Manager 80-100%

Your tasks

• Responsibility for implementing the Tertianum basic training concept for the training of apprentices as Health and Social Assistants (AGS), Health Professionals (FaGe) and HF students within the company
• Ensuring high-quality training under professional, legal, economic and quality-relevant aspects
• Professional support, advice and guidance of trainers in pedagogical, organisational and administrative matters
• Planning the need for trainers together with supervisors
• Participation in the recruitment and induction of new trainers
• Main contact person for apprentices and HF students throughout the entire training/study period
• Responsibility for planning and organising the induction phase of new apprentices and HF students
• Responsibility for attendance management of apprentices and HF students
• Ensuring the conduct of all legally and company-mandated discussions (probationary, structured discussions, status talks, educational reports, learning journals)
• Planning and conducting competency assessments according to the training regulations
• Organisation and implementation of the individual practical work (IPA), if required
• Coordination of training between the company, vocational school, inter-company courses, university of applied sciences/higher technical school
• Planning of training assignments and learning locations in the PeP

Your profile

• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognised qualification
• Completed SVEB 2 further education or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience in long-term care is desirable
• Confident communication in German, both spoken and written
