Senior Workplace Engineer (all)
This is how you shape health
- Modern Packaging: Responsibility for packaging, adapting, and maintaining software packages for Windows clients – with a clear focus on the shift from legacy setups to modern deployment technologies (Intune / Win32)
- Automation & Modernisation: Ongoing optimisation and automation of software distribution and patch processes via SCCM and Microsoft Intune
- Operational Backbone: Ensuring stable IT daily operations including 2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with the service desk and application owners (strict focus on operations, no project management)
- Holistic System View: You understand the Modern Workplace as an interconnected ecosystem. You look beyond the immediate scope and have a clear overview of how your packages and rollouts affect the entire IT environment
- Documentation: Creation, maintenance, and ownership of technical documentation and structured operating manuals (BHB stories)
This is what sets you apart
- Your Mindset: We are not looking for the person with the most certificates, but someone with the perfect mix: an absolute "hands-on" and "doer" mentality, combined with the aspiration to think holistically and networked
- A completed IT education (federal certificate/diploma, higher technical college, university of applied sciences) or proven, long-standing professional experience in client engineering
- Several years of profound practical experience in operational endpoint management and software packaging (including manual MSI/MST manipulation)
- Solid and proven practical knowledge in the use of PSADT (PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit) and PatchMyPC
- Deep technical know-how in Microsoft Intune, SCCM (MECM), PowerShell as well as basic knowledge in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows 10/11
- You are an absolute team player, gladly take responsibility in daily business, and enjoy proactively modernising existing processes
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
