To strengthen the finance department, a Senior Financial Accountant 80-100% is currently being sought, who will be responsible for financial accounting, lead the team and act as a sparring partner for the finance management. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take overall responsibility for financial accounting including monthly, annual and consolidated financial statements and ensure timely and high-quality reporting
• Together with your team, you are responsible for the general ledger, asset accounting, cash management and payment transactions and continuously develop existing accounting processes and financial systems
• As a sparring partner for the finance management, you prepare meaningful reports, financial analyses and decision-making bases and actively contribute to strategic and operational issues
• In addition, you lead a small finance team both professionally and personally, promote the development of your employees and work closely with internal specialist departments and management

You offer your new employer:

• You have training in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification and alternatively convince with several years of experience in a responsible accounting role
• Ideally, you have successfully completed further training as a finance and accounting specialist, a business degree or a comparable specialisation
• Several years of experience in financial accounting, confidence in financial statements as well as very good knowledge of ERP systems, Excel and ideally SAP, Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable solutions facilitate your start
