Company Description
We are looking for a company active in the industrial sector, based in Geneva, for a:
Planning and Scheduling Manager
Mission:
Supervise the implementation of planning in the workshop according to the production plan
Job Description
Production monitoring on the CT (3 months):
- Transmit the target hours to be achieved for each cell (PDP + and delay)
- Change capacities in Ortems according to contingencies (synchronisation, specific cases)
- Load the Work Centres and prioritise the Work Orders to be processed
- Organise the workstations for the following week
- Ordo / planning meeting: manage priorities and communicate Work Order deadlines
- Specific monitoring of critical parts
- Monitoring dormant Work Orders
- Monitor splitting (update Ortems)
NC monitoring:
- Monitor Repair Orders and Work Orders in rework (status R)
- Link Repair Orders to original Work Orders in Ortems
Miscellaneous:
- Extract Ordrpla in the TCT (1 month) and send them to planning
- Optimise Ortems (parameters, scheduling criteria, training)
- Analyse load / capacity on the CT (3 months)
- Keep scheduling activity KPIs up to date
- Indicators: depth of delay, number of Work Orders, SAP / Ortems deadline deviations, PDP adherence
Profile sought
- Experience in industrial Supply Chain: Planning & Scheduling
- Proficiency in SAP ERP
- Good command of common IT tools
