The three-year apprenticeship includes:

• Maintenance and cleaning of buildings and their surroundings
• Repairs to buildings as well as interior and exterior facilities
• Monitoring and servicing of building technology systems
• Working with machines and equipment for cleaning purposes, care of outdoor areas and building maintenance
• Checking heating and electrical installations
