Product Owner (m/f/d)
Role:
Do you want to develop digital products that truly make a difference in Swiss sport? In this role as Senior Product Owner, you take responsibility for designing digital products and services that create real added value and sustainably advance Swiss sport. You design these products together with specialist departments, users, and development partners. Your goal is to develop products that drive Swiss sport forward. You contribute your experience and knowledge to find and implement innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap of your products and services
- In this role, you manage the entire product lifecycle
- As Senior Product Owner, you identify and prioritise requirements together with specialist departments, users, member associations, and other partners
- You lead interdisciplinary product teams professionally and coordinate further developments
- You ensure a stable and needs-based operation of your products and services
- You recognise potential in the areas of digitalisation, innovation, and artificial intelligence
Qualifications:
- You have a higher vocational qualification or a university degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable field
- You bring several years of experience in the development and support of digital products and services as well as with standard and custom developments
- You are familiar with agile and classical project management methods
- You convince through communication and moderation skills and lead interdisciplinary teams confidently and reliably
- You work independently, in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
- You have very good German skills as well as good French skills – or vice versa – and good English skills
