Responsibilities:
You ensure smooth and correct monthly payroll processing together with internal specialists and an external payroll partner.
You analyse deviations, control reports, and payroll data and take responsibility for the professional clarification of complex issues as well as variable salary components.
You support employees and internal stakeholders with questions about social security, withholding tax, salary statements, and other payroll-related HR services.
You handle complex cases such as accident and sickness absences, maternity, EO, unpaid leave, as well as cross-border commuter and withholding tax issues and ensure their correct processing.
Within the scope of audits and internal controls, you take responsibility and continuously develop processes, reporting, and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
A solid HR education and several years of professional experience in payroll form your professional foundation.
You are familiar with Swiss labour and social security law and have a good understanding of legal and regulatory payroll requirements.
SAP HCM and ideally SuccessFactors are familiar to you.
You work independently, precisely, and solution-oriented and can analytically grasp complex issues and communicate them clearly.
Quality awareness, customer orientation, and a pronounced process understanding characterise you.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills enable you to communicate professionally in national and international environments.
