What sets you apart

• University degree or comparable further education in personnel, organisational development or change management
• Several years of professional experience (ideally 8+ years) in personnel or organisational development
• Experience in developing and implementing enablement and change initiatives
• Enthusiasm for modern learning approaches and new forms of skills development
• Strong ability to win people over to change and engage different stakeholder groups
• Strong communication, moderation and presentation skills
• Implementation strength as well as a pragmatic and independent working style
• Curiosity, creativity and openness to new ideas and perspectives
• Negotiation-level proficiency in German, English and French is an advantage
