- You design development initiatives for the working world of tomorrow and anchor them sustainably in the organisation
- You enable employees and managers to build new skills and establish future-oriented ways of working
- You design innovative learning and exchange formats and promote a contemporary learning culture
- You develop creative and practical approaches that support learning and change in everyday work
- You are responsible for initiatives in People Development and coordinate various stakeholders
- You actively contribute to the further development of an open, learning-oriented and future-focused corporate culture
What sets you apart
- University degree or comparable further education in personnel, organisational development or change management
- Several years of professional experience (ideally 8+ years) in personnel or organisational development
- Experience in developing and implementing enablement and change initiatives
- Enthusiasm for modern learning approaches and new forms of skills development
- Strong ability to win people over to change and engage different stakeholder groups
- Strong communication, moderation and presentation skills
- Implementation strength as well as a pragmatic and independent working style
- Curiosity, creativity and openness to new ideas and perspectives
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German, English and French is an advantage
