Sales Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Generating leads and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
Conducting market analyses and monitoring competitors and technological innovations
Identifying new needs and developing new markets
Creating sales, project, and offer presentations
Detailed clarification of customer projects and creation of project plans
As a team player with strong social skills, you understand how to contribute to an international project team and collaboratively develop the best possible solution
Close cooperation with Solution Design, sales companies worldwide, and Project Execution in Hinwil
Participation in specialist events, industry and association occasions, and international trade fairs
Contributing to the determination of budget and market targets
Internal reporting based on CRM (MS Dynamics) and customer reports

What do I need to be successful?

Technical basic training, preferably in mechanical or systems engineering, with further training in sales
Experience in national and international capital goods sales
Ideally experience in the printing industry (newspapers, magazines, commercial printing, direct mailing)
Very good analytical thinking and a strong understanding of production scenarios and processes
Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and closing ability
Professional appearance and a high level of communication skills
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally
