In this role, you actively shape a modern and functional working environment and ensure that all employees feel optimally supported in the workplace. You take responsibility for daily workplace management, coordinate services, and ensure that processes run efficiently and smoothly. You keep an overview of infrastructure and equipment and ensure that workstations are always provided according to needs. Furthermore, you act as a competent contact person for workplace-related concerns and contribute to a pleasant working environment with your professional demeanour.
Responsibilities:
Support and further development of the workplace and endpoint landscape including Windows clients, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory as well as implementation of lifecycle and standardisation processes.
Analysis and sustainable resolution of technical faults in 2nd-level support.
Planning and implementation of rollouts, migrations, and modern workplace initiatives.
Close collaboration with security, infrastructure, application teams, and specialist departments to continuously improve the workplace environment.
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, ideally IT specialist EFZ or HF, or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in workplace, client, or endpoint management.
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory.
Interest in modern workplace concepts, automation, and standardised operational processes.
Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style as well as enjoyment in direct exchange with users.
