You lead technology-supported projects in the areas of management, marketing, transaction, tenant representation, and asset management
You analyse and optimise business processes through the targeted use of digital solutions
You gather requirements, develop practical solution concepts, and work closely with the specialist departments
You plan change management measures, conduct workshops and training sessions, and ensure knowledge transfer
You manage budgets, resources, and milestones and further develop the digital system landscape and process standards
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in application, process, or project management, ideally in the real estate or service environment
You have experience with the introduction and further development of ERP, CRM, and business applications as well as the digitalisation and automation of business processes
You possess a strong AI affinity and use generative AI, prompting, and AI tools specifically for research, analysis, text creation, and process optimisation
You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, have experience in project and change management, and actively develop new digital working methods
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
