Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you keep modern buildings running. As a building technician, you ensure that electrical systems or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) always function perfectly – for more comfort, safety and efficiency.

What to expect

• You independently carry out maintenance, inspections and repairs on datacentre-specific cooling, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary systems
• You monitor system operations and ensure uninterrupted functionality
• You plan and coordinate necessary work in close collaboration with internal departments and third-party suppliers
• You actively support new construction and refurbishment projects by participating in commissioning, integral tests and data point checks
• You create and maintain checklists, reports and other administrative documents
• You proactively identify optimisation potentials and implement them
• You consistently apply the applicable work, safety and environmental regulations
• You actively maintain customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction through open communication

What you bring

• You have a federally recognised professional qualification in the HVACS system and ideally expand your expertise in control technology or building management systems
• You have several years of experience in the operation, maintenance and installation of building technology systems, ideally in the datacentre environment
• You show willingness to further training, especially to obtain NIV 15 and switching authorisation
• You work independently, take responsibility and bring innovative solution approaches
• You communicate openly, maintain customer relationships and actively promote team spirit
• You use MS Office applications confidently and have a good command of German, both spoken and written
• You ideally complement your profile with experience in automation as well as solid English skills
