Project Manager for Economy and Public Domain at 80%
Department / Department of Economy, Public Domain and Tourism / Office of the Public Domain
Activities / Reporting to the Head of the Office of the Public Domain, you contribute to the design, management and implementation of projects related to the economy, enhancement of the public domain, revitalisation of the City Centre and districts, as well as urban attractiveness. In this context, you will:
- Participate in the development and implementation of the strategy for enhancing the City Centre, districts and supporting local economic actors;
- Contribute to the implementation of municipal strategies in these areas;
- Participate in reflection on new uses and activities for the public domain;
- Manage complex and strategic files related to the use of the public domain;
- Lead or coordinate projects;
- Provide operational and administrative support to the activities of the two offices.
Desired Profile / You hold a Bachelor of Science (HES) or a university degree deemed equivalent in a relevant field. Project management training is necessary. You have very good knowledge of the workings of the administration and public services, as well as an excellent command of French. Very comfortable with IT and digital tools, you demonstrate strong writing, prioritisation, coordination and organisational skills, as well as good ease in interpreting data and statistics. You also have good knowledge of the region’s economic activity and the political system. Possessing an analytical mind and great rigour in handling files, you are proactive, goal- and results-oriented, and know how to work autonomously and with interpersonal skills. Your communication and social skills, loyalty, adaptability and open-mindedness are qualities that characterise you, as well as your discretion, sense of responsibility and good presentation.
Special Requirements / Willingness to work evenings and weekends. Be available in case of an event impacting communal security.
