Experienced construction machine operator? (M/F)

Contract type: Temporary

On behalf of several companies active in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for an experienced, autonomous and motivated construction machine operator.

Your tasks

• Operation of machinery: Driving tracked and wheeled excavators (small and large tonnage), loaders, dumpers and rollers in strict compliance with safety regulations (SUVA).

• Earthworks and civil engineering: Performing trench excavations, bulk earthworks, network repairs, demolition, levelling and material handling.

• Precision and guidance: Work with levelling tools (rotary laser, level) and GPS guidance (e.g. Leica / Trimble) according to site requirements.

• Machine maintenance: Daily checks, cleaning, greasing and first-level maintenance of assigned machinery.

• Versatility: Assisting ground teams during preparation phases, pipe laying or site safety.

Your profile

• Licences and training: Valid M1 / M2 / M3 machine operator licence (M7 an advantage) or recognised training in Switzerland.

• Experience: Proven experience as a machine operator on Swiss construction sites (civil engineering, earthworks or building).

• Skills: Proficient in operating machinery under varied conditions, basic plan reading and site safety rules.

• Mobility: Driving licence (Cat. B) and personal vehicle essential.

• Personal qualities: Rigour, precision, team spirit, punctuality and responsiveness.
