ICT Project Leader M/F

Within the framework of the School Administration Harmonisation programme, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager (M/F) to support the overhaul of business systems and the implementation of administrative solutions for educational institutions.

Your mission

You will be responsible for managing projects in Agile mode, coordinating the various stakeholders, analysing business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of the expected services.

Projects must be conducted in compliance with the HERMES methodology.

Your main responsibilities will notably include:

• Managing transformation projects and implementing administrative solutions for schools;
• Gathering, analysing and formalising the needs of users and stakeholders;
• Coordinating internal and external project actors;
• Monitoring suppliers, contracts and deliveries;
• Ensuring quality, deadlines and achievement of project objectives;
• Using and promoting Agile management practices and tools;
• Providing clear and concise reporting to stakeholders.

Profile sought

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management, ideally in complex and multidisciplinary environments;
• Strong command of project management in Agile mode and associated tools;
• Good knowledge of the HERMES methodology;
• Experience in supplier management, contracting and delivery monitoring;
• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite tools;
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills;
• Strong client orientation and ability to unite stakeholders;
• Very good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Experience in the field of education in Switzerland is a real asset.

Training / Certifications

• HERMES or PMP certification required;
• Scrum certification appreciated.

Language

• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.

Conditions

• Position to be filled on site;
• Remote work not planned within the scope of this assignment.
