Billing and Customer Data Manager

We are looking for a:

Your main responsibilities:

• Management and monitoring of contracts (fluids, electricity, gas)
• Management of meter reading rounds
• Updating meters
• Various correspondences related to billing and contracts
• Management of the persons and objects database
• Issuing, sending and monitoring large volumes of invoices
• Handling calls (second line support for telephone customer reception)

Your skills and experience:

• Commercial employee certificate (or equivalent)
• Organised, methodical and rigorous
• Autonomous and versatile, with team spirit
• Native French speaker (other languages an asset)
• Proficient with common IT tools
• Knowledge of the "Innosolvenergy" software is an asset
