ICT Supporter (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact in 1st-level support, handling faults and enquiries and ensuring professional error analyses and sustainable solutions.
- In this role, you support the onboarding and offboarding process, set up workstations, and prepare hardware for employees.
- As an IT support specialist, you manage various IT systems and end devices such as access systems, logistics scanners, and client hardware.
- You coordinate escalations and work closely with 2nd- and 3rd-level support as well as external partners.
- In this role, you actively participate in IT projects, for example in rollouts, migrations, and the introduction of new solutions.
- As an IT support specialist, you support global IT initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services.
Qualifications:
- Completed basic training EFZ in IT or as an ICT specialist or corresponding ICT further training for career changers
- Ideally practical experience in software distribution
- Sound knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365 (O365)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good English skills for communication in an international environment
